At Barume, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders—no minimums, no hidden fees.


Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after being placed.

An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is on its way to your selected address.

Please note:

  • During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days

Delivery times vary depending on your location and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated shipping times by region:

  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 4–8 business days
  • 🇺🇸 United States: 7–12 business days
  • 🇨🇦 Canada: 7–12 business days
  • 🇦🇺 Australia: 7–14 business days
  • 🌍 Rest of World: 7–15 business days

Please be aware that shipping carriers may experience delays during busy periods or holidays, which are outside of our control. International shipments may also be subject to customs delays, which can extend delivery times.


Order Changes & Shipping Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout.

If incorrect or incomplete information is provided:

  • Your order may be delayed or cancelled
  • Our support team may contact you within 3 business days to verify your details
  • If no response is received, we reserve the right to cancel the order

If you need to correct your shipping details, please email us at contact.barume@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we’ll do our best to help, changes cannot be guaranteed after this window.


Delayed Delivery

We understand how important timely delivery is and aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible.

However, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand how frustrating lost or stolen packages can be.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, it is no longer under our control. If your package is lost or stolen:

  2. Reach out to the courier to file a claim
  3. Provide any required information to support the investigation

We will also assist by contacting the courier on your behalf and keeping you updated.

Please note:

  • Barume is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
  • These cases fall outside of our standard refund policy
  • In some situations, we may offer a replacement depending on the outcome

If the package cannot be located, you may also consider filing a report with your local authorities.
