Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations to an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to accommodate your request.

If your cancellation is submitted within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure all products are packaged securely. An item is considered damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken.

Please note:

  • Damaged outer packaging (e.g., dented boxes) with an intact product is not considered damage

If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing Contact.Barume@gmail.com with a clear photo of the issue.

If eligible, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping & Delivery

While we aim to deliver your order promptly, Barume is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors beyond our control.

For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot guarantee a resend or refund.
